This Return Policy explains refund eligibility, cancellation procedures, and transfer options for digital detox programs purchased from Hipsmovement through hipsmovement.world or via direct enrollment with our New York team.

1. Overview

Because our products are primarily digital coaching programs with scheduled live components, refunds are evaluated based on program type, start date, and materials already accessed. We aim for fair outcomes that respect both participant investment and program capacity limits.

2. Weekend Reset ($89)

If you cancel at least forty-eight hours before your cohort start time, you may receive a full refund to your original payment method within ten business days. Cancellations within forty-eight hours of start may receive a credit toward the 21-Day Unplug Journey minus a $25 administrative fee. Once live sessions have begun and digital materials have been downloaded, the Weekend Reset is non-refundable except where required by law.

3. 21-Day Unplug Journey ($249)

You may request a full refund within seven days of purchase provided you have not attended more than one coach call and have completed less than twenty percent of program modules. Partial refunds may be offered on a case-by-case basis if extenuating circumstances prevent completion, such as relocation or documented scheduling conflicts. Requests must be submitted in writing to admin@hipsmovement.world with your enrollment email and reason.

4. Corporate Calm Cohort ($1,890)

Corporate agreements follow the payment and cancellation terms in the signed statement of work. Unless otherwise specified, organizations may reschedule the onboarding workshop once with at least fourteen days notice. Refunds for unused seats may be available if requested before materials are distributed to participants and before the workshop date. Partial refunds for partially delivered cohorts are calculated pro-rata based on completed sessions.

Contact Hipsmovement at admin@hipsmovement.world or +16469439160 with your full name, program name, purchase date, and transaction reference. We confirm receipt within two business days and issue decisions within ten business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method; bank posting times vary.

You may transfer enrollment to another eligible participant or defer to a later cohort one time per purchase, subject to availability. Transfer requests must be made at least seventy-two hours before your original start date. Corporate cohorts may transfer unused seats between employees of the same organization during the contract period.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve concerns directly. Unauthorized chargebacks after substantial program access may result in suspension of portal privileges and collection of outstanding fees where permitted by law.

9. Technical Access Issues

If you cannot access purchased materials due to a fault on hipsmovement.world, we will restore access promptly or offer an extension at no charge. Persistent technical failures entitle you to a proportional refund after reasonable attempts to remedy the issue.

10. State Consumer Rights

Residents of certain US states may have additional cancellation rights for distance purchases. Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights that cannot be waived. Contact us for jurisdiction-specific guidance.

11. Policy Changes

We may update this Return Policy to reflect new program formats or regulatory requirements. Changes apply to purchases made after the posted effective date unless otherwise stated.
